Nature of this website
This website is a purely non-commercial, private project showing webcams and weather data from Rostock and Warnemünde. No paid services are offered and no contracts with consumers are concluded via this website.
Liability for content
As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with general laws (§ 7 para. 1 DDG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 DDG I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third‑party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. If I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove this content immediately.
